Noella Dallaire

Noella is a Senior Leader with 20+ years of experience advising senior executive teams, influencing organizational direction, and driving transformational projects with global business impacts. She is known as a forward-thinking change leader who excels when taking on challenges to streamline performance to drive company wide growth. In her current role as Director of Operational Excellence at Thermo Fisher Scientific, she leads strategic change across the organization, owning operating and business process improvements, growth and key continuous improvement initiatives while fostering operational excellence and a culture of maximized employee engagement. Prior to Thermo Fisher, Noella worked for Therapure Biopharma Inc., as the Head of Project Management, she had a proven history of overseeing cross-functional teams in all aspects of project development – from initial design and strategic planning through to execution and evaluation. As of November 2022, Noella joined ISPE Canada as a Board member and Chair of Women in Pharma®. In 2023, she led the establishment of a Canadian Women in Pharma® LinkedIn community with ~900 members. The community focuses on developing soft skills, promoting healthy work cultures, and celebrating Women in STEM.
