Neil Gamble

Neil Gamble is the Process Engineering Department Manager of the Arcadis Philadelphia operation. He has a BS in Chemical Engineering, an MBA in project management, a Professional Engineering license, a Project Management Professional certification, and more than a decade of process engineering experience in life science facility design and startup. He has successfully led large teams of engineers on schedule critical and cost sensitive projects ranging from vaccine, ATMP, mAb, API, BDS, plasma, and GLP-1. In his current role, Neil is responsible for oversight of technical engineering quality for a variety of large biotech facility expansions. Neil is an accomplished author and presenter, especially in continuous manufacturing (CM) technology. He has published two articles covering CM principles via the platforms Daily Dose and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. He is a contributing author to the ISPE good practice guide for biotech CM as well as a technical reviewer for multiple other ISPE guides. He is a contributing author for many industry leading publications including ASME BPE dissolved oxygen probes, ISPE Biotech CoP upskilling sub-committee, and ASME BPE single-use turbidity meters.
