Head of the Plasma Innovation Hub
Nat is currently the Head of The Plasma Innovation Hub within Takeda's Plasma Derived Therapies Business Unit. He is responsible for innovation across the business unit from R&D, collections, manufacturing and commercial. Previous to this role, Nat served as a PDT Business Model Innovation team lead, responsible for identifying and prioritizing new business model opportunities in consultation with the Regions and other Business Units (and working closely with BioLife, R&D and GMS, as appropriate).

Previously at Shire and Baxalta, Nat worked as the head of global operations and continuous improvement for Shire's new global business services organization. He was the Integration Management Office lead for the Baxalta/Shire integration

Before Shire/Baxalta, Nat worked as a Principal Project manager at Genzyme where he assisted in the redesign, rebuild and revalidation of the Allston, Ma facility under Consent Decree. He worked as a process engineer for Artisan Industries for 8 years

Nat graduated from Bucknell University, Pennsylvania, with a BS and MS both in Chemical Engineering. He lives in Danvers, Ma and enjoys baseball, golf and spending time with his family.
