Nadia Baldoin

Nadia is a senior Director with almost 30 years of experience in Leadership Roles within Chemical and Pharmaceutical Multinational Companies, in Italy and abroad, with direct background in different functions, including Quality, Engineering, Operations. She is Chemical Engineer and Chemist by education and she also holds a QP certification. Nadia joined FAMAR in 2012 as a Quality Director and QP, evolving as BU Head of the Italian site and currently holding the Group ENG/EHS Director position. In her current role, Nadia has lead several Environmental Sustainability projects, in terms of Energy Reduction, CO2 emissions/decarbonization, waste management, resulting in different recognitions and awards for FAMAR.
