Mr. Paul Gauthier

Paul Gauthier currently leads the External Drug Product Manufacturing group in Shire’s rare disease business unit. Paul is active in the creation of business processes, make vs. buy evaluations; selection, establishment and management of CDMO partners; technology transfer; clinical supply manufacturing; and commercial readiness through process performance qualification. Paul’s technical operations background includes extensive experience in quality assurance operations, systems development, auditing, and management of global regulatory inspections.
