Mingping Zhang is Vice President (Technical) at Parexel Consulting since January 2023. Previously he served as Vice President of Portfolio and Strategy Management at Suzhou Ribo Life Science. He has 20 years of CMC and regulatory experience at China, including CMC reviewer in the CFDA, regulatory CMC Manager at Novartis, the CMC director at BeiGene, Vice President at Parexel Consultant (2015–2021), and committee member of the RDPAC CMC Committee. He previously served as the chair of the ISPE China Regulatory Compliance subcommittee and is an active member of the ISPE China Lead-ership Committee. He joined ISPE in 2012.
