Mike has over 35 over of experience in the Bio/Pharmaceutical, Wastewater and Power industries. Duties include design, implementation, validation and commissioning of an OSIsoft PI data archiving system for a major pharmaceutical company. Project design including paperless batch record and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. Experience in configuring PI Connectors for PI OPCUA and PI UFL and the associated Rest API scripts to extract data from field equipment. Commissioned the startup of bioreactors, chromatography skids, WFI and RODI systems, and CIP and SIP cleaning systems in biotech facilities and been involved as Automation lead in successful regulatory inspections from US and European inspection agencies.
