Michael Anderson is the Director, Asset Management Services with Life Cycle Engineering, Inc. (LCE). He is a seasoned leader with a proven track record in business performance improvement, transformational change, lean/six sigma deployment, and long-term business strategy development.
Prior to joining LCE, Michael was a Global Asset Management program leader and Engineering Director for Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals. As a member of the Operations Management Team he led the implementation of a three-phase Lean/Six Sigma Business Improvement Strategy. Michael’s over 25 years’ experience include engineering roles and various management roles in maintenance as well as operations across plastics, paper, and pharmaceuticals.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University in Materials Science. He is a Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP), a member of SMRP/ISPE, IAM, a Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Reliability Leader (CRL), and a Certified Teambuilding Instructor.
