Melanie Marota

Melanie Marota is an Associate Principal Scientist at Merck & Co., Inc. She graduated with her B.S and M.S from Drexel University in Materials Science and Engineering. She has over 10 years of formulation development experience and has continued to drive the science around innovative technologies. Most notably her efforts have led to the launch of several drug products including Zepatier® and Belsomra®. Her current interests have her leading the 3DP efforts at Merck. Melanie holds several patent applications and publications.
