Mélanie Cachet

Mélanie Cachet, after around 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry in quality assurance and logistics, has joined the ANSM since 2015. She is the deputy director of the inspection division at the ANSM and is particularly in charge of the inspection of pharmaceutical sites and of quality defects and drug shortages management. She is directly involved in the Covid 19 crisis management especially in terms of maintaining the supply of essential drugs used in intensive care units. She is also fully involved in putting in place the new French regulation about drug shortages.
