Martina Antalova

I am a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and hold a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc (Hons) in Building Services. I am an Associate Principal Mechanical Engineer at AstraZeneca. I provide governance for mechanical systems as part of the capital project delivery to ensure projects are designed, executed, commissioned, and qualified successfully. Another aspect of my role is to create and govern guidance documents that capture learnings and good practices to aid in the execution of future projects. I enjoy working on projects with the most challenging and sophisticated facilities. These projects bring intricate challenges but also opportunities to work with innovative and energy-efficient solutions. Being able to influence outcomes from the design conception stage is very fulfilling and allows me to push boundaries and challenge our teams to deliver high-quality results.
