I started my career at Mars in 2001 and joined GSK in 2005 until the creation of Haleon in 2022, where I work today as the Head of Quality Strategy. I have great experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare and Pharma, with roles across the business including consumer engagement, R&D, new business acquisition, remediation, joint ventures, demerger, manufacturing operations, contract manufacturers, warehouse & distribution, and commercial operations.
I am an established Quality professional with a broad experience in Quality systems management. I am a chartered packaging engineer, certified quality auditor, operational excellence black belt trained, and a certified coach. I am dynamic, curious, authentic, and work at my best in collaborative environments. As I progressed through my career and led increasingly bigger organisations, I developed a passion for high performing teams, people development, organisational capabilities and culture.
This had me live and work in multiple countries - 13 years in Europe, 8 years in emerging markets (Latina, Asia Pacific) and enabled me to become trilingual.
