Lorraine K. Thompson

Lorraine has been working in the Pharmaceutical industry for 30 years in various leadership and management positions at Global, Division and site levels including international and domestic US assignments. She has been leading cross divisional teams developing strategies and implementing systems to support cGxP compliance, and product assurance with a focus on continual improvement. Prior to her 12 years within Novartis, she worked for 17 years in Abbott Laboratories in various Divisions and site operational roles including Cell& Gene Therapies, DP, DS and Biotech.
