<p>LeAnna Pearson has a Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a focus on downstream engineering and optimization. Since graduate school she has been a project director with a CRO, which allowed her to manage projects from multiple international clients with projects ranging from stability studies, process optimization and validation. LeAnna Pearson also has a strong background in the commissioning and qualification of pharmaceutical equipment, facilities and utilities for FDA regulated pharmaceutical companies.</p>
LeAnna Pearson has been an ISPE Member since 2009, when she was a Student Member at North Carolina Central University. She served as Secretary of the Student Chapter and represented NCCU during the ISPE CaSA Chapter’s Student Poster Competition in 2010. Pearson won that competition in the Graduate Category and went on to represent the CaSA Chapter at the International Student Poster Competition. She is now the CaSA Chapter’s Student Affairs Chair and serves on the Chapter’s Board of Directors. Pearson is a member of ISPE’s International Young Professional Committee, where she has served on both the Recruitment & Retention and Student Development Subcommittees.
