With more than 25 Years in Pharmaceuticals supply chain operations, manufacturing, systems integration projects or procurement, Laurent contributed to many highly transformational projects and initiatives: from delivering supply chain excellence, integrating SAP for a global footprint business to building organizations for robust supply assurance at best costs, for companies as diverse as Procter and Gamble, Merck & Co, Bayer or Abbott. He has developed a knack for helping the industry taking on these kinds of challenges such as serialization, which require to tackle very demanding operational and cost aspects while maintaining the highest Compliance and care for patients standards.
Laurent runs his own consulting practice in Supply Chain Management and Systems Integration, CTD Pharma, and holds a Master of Sciences degree with a major in mechanical engineering from ENSAM Paris Tech (France).
