Laura Corrado is a Director of Quality Systems at Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies.

Laura joined Johnson & Johnson in 2007 as a quality assurance associate and subsequently held positions of increasing leadership across supplier quality, product investigations, quality systems technology, management reviews, standards management, CAPA, and monitoring quality systems through performance metrics. Most recently, Laura was responsible for driving integrations of key quality system processes globally. Laura earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Widener University and is currently pursuing her MBA from Lehigh University.

Since 2017, Laura has been a Johnson & Johnson representative within the Medical Device Innovation Consortium, a public-private partnership that works across the FDA and industry stakeholders to advance solutions promoting patient access to innovative medical technologies. Laura actively participates on the MDIC/FDA Case for Quality initiatives, particularly the CMMI Maturity Model pilot program and Quality as a Career Initiative.
