Senior Director - Operations Management and Business Continuity
Kristin started her career at Pfizer in March 1997 in the Scientific Laboratory Services organization supporting analytical methods development and technology transfer for Pfizer Global Supply (PGS). In 2006, she joined Global Clinical Supply (GCS) as a Supply Chain Lead and in 2011 became a Group Lead within Clinical Supply Strategy and Management (CSSM) supporting the vaccine portfolio. In 2016, she took over leadership of the IRT Global Oversight Team (IGOT). In September 2021, Kristin moved to the newly formed Strategic Operations & Management (SOM) team in her current role leading Operational Management and Business Continuity.
In this role, Kristin has made significant impact on the areas of Business Continuity, GCS-LT’s Balanced Scorecard, AI Task Force, Process Modeling and Cycle Time Reduction efforts, and has built a strong relationship with teams in Clinical Development & Operations, the Pfizer Resilience Center, and many other GCS partners. Kristin also developed a GCS Rapid Response Team (RRT) Guidance and led several RRTs for GCS including those supporting the Ukraine and Israel Conflicts to ensure clinical supply and study continuity while achieving zero patient impact.
Kristin holds a B.S. in chemistry from the University of Connecticut and a M.S. in marine environmental science from State University of New York at Stony Brook. Outside of work Kristin enjoys spending time outdoors at the beach, gardening, hiking, and adventuring with her husband on their boat.
