Kent Mansfield

Mr. Mansfield has worked as an executive for leading private and public technology companies in several markets including business software, physical security hardware, and brand protection. He has served in executive positions across the globe including as co-founder and President of Boardroom Software, Inc., a software startup subsequently acquired by Silicon Valley Bank, and as Chief Operating Officer of B&B ARMR, Inc. (a division of Integrated Security Systems, Inc.), a physical security hardware manufacturer. He was also Managing Director at Ultrak, Inc., a publicly traded security hardware provider, where he was responsible for the company’s Europe operation based in Antwerp, Belgium prior to its sale to Honeywell. Mr. Mansfield holds two patents in business application software and earned his business degree from Texas Tech University.
