Kelly M. Keen

Kelly Keen is Vice President of Celonic AG, a biotech contract development and manufacturing organization, heading the PMO project management office. In this role, she manages a group of project managers across Germany and Switzerland, specializing in the development of biologics focusing on recombiant therapeutical proteins and their GMP production in mammalian cells. Ms. Keen has lived and worked in North America, Europe and Asia. She has previously held positions at Hoffman LaRoche, Genentech, Webcor and Flad & Associates.

Ms. Keen has served in numerous ISPE leadership roles, including President of the San Francisco/Bay Area Chapter Board, Vice President of the Singapore Affiliate Board, and Chair of the Facility of the Year (FOYA) Committee. She is involved in the ISPE DACH Affiliate helping support the Young Professionals group and has worked to develop students and YPs in ISPE Sinagpore Affiliate and San Francisco/Bay Area Chapter. She also chaired a class in Bio-Engineering at the University of California at Berkeley for ISPE.

Ms. Keen completed her MBA in International Business specializing in Operations & Supply Chain Management. In her base degree, she received a Masters Degree of Architecture from the University of Illinois in Champaign and completed her thesis at L'ecole d'Architecture et d'Urbanisme in Versailles, France.
