Kelly has over 30 years of experience in all realms of project and portfolio management on technology and life sciences projects. She began her career as an architect which allows her to focus on the user experience and communicate to stakeholders transforming data into graphic representations. Her MBA is in International Business which she completed while setting up an Ecoli plant for Genentech in Singapore. She has worked on four continents in ten countries and loves the challenge of connecting people across cultures.
She is currently focused on implementing e-Systems in Life Sciences organizations, connecting SAP, MS Teams, LIMS, Trackwise, ePlant, Power BI and Service Now platforms for overall Project & Portfolio Management. She is also working closely with the Roche Data Sciences and digital BioMarkers teams to launch new technologies into the network, while completing coursework at MIT, Massachusetts Institute of Technology on Artificial Intelligence in Business Strategy and Digital Transformations.
Kelly was on the International ISPE Board of Directors from 2018-2020 and is on the European Leadership Team, Pharma 4.0 Advisory Board, WIP and an Emerging Leaders Advisor. She was the President of ISPE SF Bay Area, VP of the Singapore chapter and a member of ISPE as a young professional since 1998.
