Kate Parsons is CEO & Founder of Notch Above Consulting, an IT consulting company specializing in Digital and IT Transformation. Kate and her team at Notch Above are focused on helping clients build and leverage digital capabilities such as AI, agile, devops, cloud, automation, and data insights to enhance the quality and speed of business outcomes. In addition, the team helps clients lead critical programs and initiatives by bringing in leaders who can orchestrate transformation across the organization, leveraging best practices across product, program and change management.
Kate is also the Technology Sub Committee leader and development committee member at The Women’s Foundation of Boston, a non profit focused on the economic empowerment of women and girls in the Greater Boston area. Kate holds a Masters in Project and Program Management from Brandeis University, and a BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross. She lives in Newton, MA with her husband and two teenage sons.
