Kate Gillespie

Kate is the head of Product Quality Vigilance at Janssen, the Pharmaceutical companies of Johnson & Johnson. In this role, Kate and her global team are responsible for the end-to-end product quality vigilance process for Janssen products around the world. Kate’s career in J&J has included various roles in Supply Chain Quality, Medical Safety, Operations and Enterprise Systems Management across all three J&J business segments. She has many years of experience in implementations of Quality and ERP systems. She has a strong background in lean manufacturing, Process Excellence and is a Black Belt. Kate is a member of the AdvaMed and Coalition of Combination Products working groups. She holds degrees in Chemistry, Nursing and an MBA.
