Justin Cook is the Chief Technical Officer at Sequence Inc. With more than 18 years of wide-ranging and in-depth experience in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry. As an expert in process engineering, automation engineering, commissioning and qualification, he has managed multi-million-dollar scopes of work for global organizations.
In his current role, Justin has leveraged his years of industry experience to lead the team responsible for planning, developing and executing a vision to build a state-of-the-art mock pharmaceutical manufacturing training facility and hands-on training program for Sequence. With his guidance, the team has created a training curriculum for new and existing employees that fast-tracks the preparation towards field readiness in cross functional skills to be immediately effective in pharmaceutical manufacturing settings. Justin is also simultaneously responsible for leading the Sequence initiative to develop customized training solutions for manufacturing operators to support top-tier pharmaceutical clients and providing consulting for the NC community college system on their initiative to create a network of hands-on training solutions across the state for biopharmaceutical workforce development.
