Julien Janda is a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry who translates innovative visions into practical strategies to provide life-saving medicines to patients worldwide. He is Head of Process and Technology at Takeda Global Engineering and is responsible for front-end engineering design, drug product process engineering, manufacturing technology harmonization, and technology innovation such as robotics, additive manufacturing, IIoT, and applied machine learning. Prior to Takeda, Julien worked as process engineer and CAPEX project manager for large-scale projects at different multinational pharmaceutical companies. Julien earned his MBA from the University of St.Gallen and his MSc in biochemical engineering from University College London. He has been an ISPE member since 2016.
