John leads engineering operations for Baxter’s Pharma business segment, which contributes annual net sales of $3B and is comprised of divisions spanning sterile injectables, anesthesia, compounding, and contract manufacturing solutions. His organization includes equipment design/ build & tooling, process automation & integration, sustaining & strategic projects, and CapEx planning & governance, and is responsible for the successful deployment of $70-100M in annual base capital. He is an energetic, creative problem solver who uses his diverse global experience in parenteral manufacturing, lifecycle asset and product management, and contract business development to secure win-win results and to build lasting strategic partnerships both within and between organizations.
