Joel Fidalgo is the CIO of NextPharma, a leading European CDMO. He joined NextPharma in 2020 with the focus to digitize the Business Processes across all NextPharma sites to support the future growth of the company. Before joining NextPharma, Joel spent 6,5 years at a primary packing material producer for the pharmaceutical industry in different global IT Leadership positions and before worked over 6 years as IT Management Consultant for international customers across various industries.
