Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Comprehensive Cell Solutions at New York Blood Center Enterprises, Jo Anne oversees a $30M P&L and leads 130 staff across supply chain, manufacturing, and patient services. Her strategic leadership has resulted in double-digit revenue growth, successful facility integrations, and expanded client partnerships with hospitals, biotech firms, and global pharmaceutical companies.
Previously, she held executive roles at Minaris Regenerative Medicine, including Chief Operating Officer and Global Head of Quality, where she spearheaded commercial expansions, stabilized leadership through acquisition, and built global quality frameworks across the U.S., Germany, and Japan. Her tenure at Novartis included leading External Supply Operations Quality for the Americas and managing complex site closures and regulatory remediations.
Jo Anne’s career is marked by her ability to navigate high-stakes inspections, scale operations, and build high-performing teams. She holds a Master of Science in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan University.
