Jennifer Tonning

Jennifer is currently Director of Product Operations in Strategy and Business Excellence within Global Manufacturing and Supply at Takeda. Jennifer has been in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years and has held different roles within Global Manufacturing and Supply including manufacturing management and Product Operations. During her tenure she has led teams within manufacturing, spearheaded transformation throughout the business, led the company through an SAP Implementation, led product teams to develop long-term product strategy, and led a cross functional team to implement an overarching lifecycle management strategy. Her industry experience includes both upstream and downstream manufacturing. Jennifer received a bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in Worcester, MA. Jennifer has also been an active volunteer with the Arthritis Foundation for the past 17 years and has held many leadership positions both at local and national levels and currently sits on the National Board of Directors.
