Jenna Carlson is Founder of Mindful Quality. As a Quality Consultant, she helps her clients with inspection readiness, auditing, multi-product controls, cleaning validation, training, and quality leadership support. She has over twenty years’ experience in various Quality Assurance Leadership and Validation roles with a significant emphasis in Cleaning Validation, Multi-Product Controls, and Technical Transfer. Jenna has held key roles at leading biotechnology firms including Coherus, as part of the team responsible for the most successful biosimilar launch in US history, Roche/Genentech, Allergan and Baxter. She was a co-author on PDA Technical Report No.49, Points to Consider for Biotechnology Cleaning Validation, and PDA Technical Report No. 29, Points to Consider for Cleaning Validation revision. She has authored numerous articles published in the Journal of GXP Compliance and routinely speaks at conferences such as PDA, ISPE, and IVT.
