Jeffrey Heil is a seasoned professional engineer with over 20 years of expertise in process engineering and technical project management across a diverse range of applications. He has extensive experience in mRNA, oligonucleotide, and small molecule synthesis projects, as well as in the design and validation of process safety systems. Passionate about mentoring his team and developing the next generation of engineers, Jeffrey ensures the delivery of top-notch solutions that benefit both customers and the public. Jeffrey has delivered multiple oligonucleotide manufacturing facilities from concept through operation at a variety of scales. Jeffrey is actively working with ISPE on a new Oligonucleotide Baseline guide and is excited about what the future holds for oligo manufacturing.
