Jay Welsh is EY’s Americas Manufacturing Leader and a part of the firm’s Life Sciences Supply Chain Leadership Team. He works with clients in manufacturing/supply chain strategy and execution initiatives and has teamed with leading biopharma companies to develop and implement new business and digital capabilities in operational excellence, manufacturing production systems, supply chain planning, production scheduling, IoT, AI, logistics and R&D. Jay is the executive sponsor of EY’s Smart Factory digital manufacturing capability and his work has helped companies reduce costs, startup facilities, improve customer service and regulatory compliance, increase revenues and drive strategic advantage within the marketplace.
