Henal Shah

Henal Shah is the Head of the European Lab Centre of Excellence (CoE) Practice within the Life Sciences Manufacturing group at Cognizant. She has been working in the Life Sciences technologies industry for the last 17 years, working across the Life Sciences Quality Engineering and Assurance practice for more than a decade. Henal has also worked within Cognizant UK and Ireland with a focus on GxP Validation, Testing and Compliance SME across the Life Sciences value chain I.E. Discovery, R&D, Manufacturing and Pharmacovigilance areas. Henal has led multiple laboratory, cloud digital transformation programs covering Infrastructure, SAP, Veeva, LIMS, and other Lab/Quality systems. She is a seasoned GxP Computer System Validation SME and has played various strategic/delivery roles in complex integration programs in Vaccines, Merger & Acquisitions, Diagnostics, CRO, Biologics, R&DIT, Manufacturing Consumer Health business units. She also has strong experience implementing LIMS in various diagnostics Labs in USA. She is Azure & AWS Cloud, Azure AI/ML and TOSCA Test Automation certified professional.
