Graham Carroll

Graham Carroll is a Lead Senior GMDP Inspector at the UK’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). He has over 10 years’ experience of performing GMP and GDP inspections across a range of dosage forms, and held a management position within the GMP team between 2017 and 2023. Graham has represented the MHRA on various PIC/S and ICMRA working groups, including the PIC/S Expert Circle on Quality Risk Management (QRM). Prior to joining the MHRA, Graham spent eight years working in the pharmaceutical industry in the areas of human plasma fractionation and sterile product manufacturing; this included operational and managerial roles in Validation and Quality Assurance.
