Giulio Ripaccioli is an experienced Engineering and Capital Investment Manager with significant expertise in automation within the pharmaceutical industry. His educational background includes a PhD in Information Technology with a focus on Automation Applications on Automotive at the Università degli Studi di Siena. Throughout his career, Giulio Ripaccioli has been deeply involved in a multitude of projects with a strong focus on automation. His experience in this field is both broad and deep, encompassing various roles and responsibilities. He began his career as an Automation Engineer, over time, he progressed to project management positions, where he oversaw the integration of automation systems with IT infrastructure and data historians. In his more recent roles at GSK Vaccines, he has continued to be instrumental in supervising and defining the design and implementation strategies of key projects involving state-of-the-art automation implementations, specifically focusing on the integration of process equipment into distributed control and automation systems.
