Following her graduation from Bosphorus University Chemistry department in 1993 her career in pharmaceutical industry progressed as follows;
Roche Turkey (5 years) Quality Control Analyst
Bicakcilar (Medical Devices) (2 years) Quality Control Manager
Bayer Turkey (11 years) Quality Control Manager
Actavis Turkey (2 years) Quality Assurance Manager
Biofarma (1 year) Quality Group Manager and Responsible Manager
She executed national and international supplier audits with international supplier auditor title. As result of these audits she ensured improvements in supplier quality in favor of her employer. She participated as moderator in Turkish Ministry of Health audits in manufacturing sites located outside Turkey and made significant contributions to their successful results.
She managed CE certification process for the medical devices company she worked in.
She led SAP QM module implementation in a number of companies. During SAP implementation requested and implemented an additional program for electronic tracking of microbiological monitoring analyses. This resulted in fast and systematical tracking of this quality process.
In all the companies she worked, she managed successful projects regarding monitoring of supplier assessment process within quality management system.
She developed contracted manufacturing tracking and contracted manufacturer performance evaluation systems and led their implementation.
She managed projects involving electronic quality management systems design, implementation and ERP integration and validation.
She participated as project coordinator in Lean 6 Sigma projects.
She actively managed projects involving regulatory compliance in Marketing Authorization dossiers.
She developed and implemented projects for cost saving in QC and QA processes.
