Erika Ballman is an Associate Director, Corporate Quality Systems for Perrigo Company in Allegan, Michigan. In her role Erika supports Quality System implementations and governance across the Perrigo global sites. During her over 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Erika has held Technical and Quality leadership roles at Albemarle Corporation (API Manufacturing) and Baxter BioScience. She also held the role of Associate Director of Quality Operations with Perrigo Corporation in Allegan, Michigan.
Erika has been an ISPE member for many years and has been an active member of the Quality Culture core team since its formation in 2013. Erika also led the ISPE “Leadership and Vision” Dimension team, a sub-team of the Quality Culture Core Team.
