Eric Unrau is currently Chief Strategy Officer, Senior Associate (owner) and Board Director at CRB. Prior roles at CRB include Sr. VP of International Operations, Business Unit leader and Europe Regional Leader, all include P&L responsibility.
Eric is an entrepreneur with a history of driving creative and new solutions with clients. He has a track record of building strong teams and delivering profitability. Eric is also engaged in industry organizations and at the university level.

He has focused on building strong teams, and developed leaders in other areas of business, including business unit leaders, project directors, SME’s, business development leaders, and discipline leader roles.
Roles prior to CRB include operations and business development at software and technology companies. Eric has been engaged in ISPE and its technical committees since 2001 – PAT CoP since 2003 and more recently the Guidance Document Committee and Sustainability CoP. These support industry education, and publication of key industry guidance documents through ISPE. In addition, Eric chairs an Undergraduate Advisory Committee for Washington University’s School of Energy, Environmental and Chemical Engineering.
