Diane O. Hagerty

Diane Hagerty is currently Vice President of Quality Systems at Ultragenyx, an early commercial stage Rare Disease company. In this role Diane is responsible for the deployment and continuous improvement of a GxP Quality Management System and leading quality programs for risk management, operational excellence and external collaboration. Prior to joining Ultragenyx, Diane served in a variety of global leadership roles at Genentech/Roche and Johnson & Johnson spanning pharmaceuticals, medical devices and information technology. Diane started her working career at SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals holding roles of increasing responsibility in Research & Development and Regulatory Affairs. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from Bates College and a Masters of Science in pharmaceutical quality assurance and regulatory affairs from Temple University.
