Dennis Lucey is a Senior Director with PMA Consultants, in their Massachusetts location. Mr. Lucey has developed, implemented, and managed project controls systems that have delivered effective management tools and successful project completion for 20 years. Mr. Lucey has both project and program experience in project controls, design, construction management, and project management in the public and private sector. Mr. Lucey provides project scheduling and planning, contract management, schedule and cost controls, time entitlement, and claims analyses. Industry sector experience includes residential, academic, biopharmaceutical, office/retail, highway, and water/wastewater projects. Mr. Lucey holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and MS in Engineering Management from Northeastern University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) as well as LEED AP certified. Mr. Lucey serves on local planning and zoning boards. PMA Consultants, LLC is an international construction consulting firm and recognized leader in program, project, and construction management.
