Daniela Andrade

Daniela Andrade leads an expanding portfolio of capital projects, implementing strategic capital planning, monitoring and controls processes, aimed at optimizing project performance and successful outcomes. Daniela is passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion and belonging practices, notably through her co-creation of the Women of Engineering Network (WoEN), fostering an empowering community that supports professional growth for women engineers. Outside of Amgen, Daniela has developed and executed complex and large capital projects for Biotechnical/Pharmaceutical and Construction Industries globally. Daniela holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Cornell University, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, Brazil. Daniela loves to travel, to spend time with her family and to learn about different cultures.
