Christine Martin currently serves as a section head at AbbVie’s Drug Product Pilot Plant Parenterals in Ludwigshafen (Germany). In her role, she is responsible for material management, visual inspection and batch documentation but also for various continuous improvement projects in parenteral manufacturing.

Prior to her current role, she was head of CAPA & Compliance, head of clinical supplies manufacturing for oral dosage forms and manager in parenteral formulation, where she gained experience in the late phase development of the Humira® Pen.

Christine has more than 18 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry in research and development. She studied pharmacy in Freiburg (Germany) and holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Technology.
