Chelliah Navin, PhD

Dr. Chelliah V. Navin received his doctorate in Biological Engineering specializing in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry. His doctoral accomplishments were recognized and earned him the “ORISE Research Fellowship” to develop rapid spectroscopic techniques at the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. He currently is the ‘Chief Scientist’ at Prozess Technologie, Inc., and leads the science division while augmenting the engineering team to deliver real-time spectroscopy solutions for complex problem-solving situations in batch and continuous manufacturing processes. He has identified and implemented in-line automation strategies for a faster productivity and return-on-investment in myriad of industries such as pharmaceutical, food & beverage, chemical & petrochemical, oil & gas, animal health, etc. He also serves as a scientific peer-reviewer for various scientific journals.
