Chad Kellner

Executive leader at AstraZeneca, a global biopharmaceutical company, with over $40bn in annual sales and over 75,000 employees. Throughout his career Chad has coached and mentored individual contributors, managers, and executives on the importance of creating a culture that is nimble and forward-thinking. Chad delivers leadership, coaching, and mentoring to aspiring executives inside and outside of the healthcare industry. Chad has led large groups of multi-disciplined professionals in the operational delivery of AstraZeneca’s Oncology and Biopharmaceutical pipeline. During his 20-year tenure with AstraZeneca, Chad has overseen $3bn in investments for the entire North America Research and Development function. During the recent labor shortage, Chad’s approach to leadership resulted in the development of a unique automated integrated platform for Financial and Operations management.
