Brad started with DPR Construction in 2001 after graduating from University of Nebraska with a BS degree in Construction Management. He started as a project engineer and worked on the following major projects: $60M Pfizer R&D Campus in Torrey Pines, $40M IDEC-NICO (Now Gilead B400) Pilot Manufacturing Plant in Oceanside, $300M IDEC-NIMO(Now Genentech) Manufacturing and R&D Campus in Oceanside, $100M Abbot Vascular R&D Campus in Temecula, and $16M Physician’s Medical Office Building in San Diego. As Project Manager, he managed the following major projects: $30M Genentech DBX Shutdown Project in Oceanside, CA $30M Campus Point Shell for ARE in SD, $15M School of Nursing for USD, $900M Hospital in Escondido, and $72M Gilead R&D Facility in Oceanside.
