Tori currently works as the External Engagement Manager at BioPhorum. With over 2½ years in this role, Tori has worked closely with industry leaders, Regulators, Standards Organisations, Pharmacopeia, as well as innovation hubs and across academia.
Tori’s role supports BioPhorum to be a major part of our industry’s drive to make the changes required to accelerate the numbers of new therapies available to patients by engaging and collaborating externally to provide a reliable education source and to share best practice and guidance that is focused on addressing key industry challenges, enabling experts to collaborate and drive the sector forward.
Prior to joining BioPhorum, Tori spent 3 years at the MHRA, working within the Policy and Partnerships team, leading the MHRA's national partnerships and holding responsibility for building, nurturing and fostering the partnerships that underpinned the UK Regulator’s external engagement across the healthcare sector.
Prior to the MHRA, Tori held various health policy roles within central Government and worked within UK Parliament for Health Ministers. During this time, Tori covered the Life Sciences and Medicines Regulation portfolio for the Department of Health and Social Care, contributing to the development of policies that impact patient and public health and the biopharmaceutical industry.
