Benjamin M. Beneski

As the head of Manufacturing , Ben led construction and startup and is currently responsible for operations at Allogene’s new CAR-T Cell Therapy Manufacturing site in Newark, CA as well as Allogene's external manufacturing operations. With over 20 years in the biotech industry, Ben has focused on scale-up, tech transfer, manufacturing and commercialization of protein therapeutics. His technical background is in process, equipment and facility design, implementation of data systems, and drug/device combination products. Prior to joining Allogene, Ben worked at Vir Biotechnology, Amgen, and Abbvie. He received a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from Northeastern University.
