Beatrice Romeu currently serves as the Manufacturing Operations Manager at Eli Lilly and Company, PR site. She is responsible for the dry product operations including the Continuous Manufacturing Process. <br><br>
Beatrice joined Lilly in 2007, and previously held leadership roles in Technical Service. Most recently, she led the New Products introduction team through the construction and qualification of a Continuous Manufacturing suite and later on the product transfer and process validation of a new molecule.<br><br>
Beatrice earned her Bachelor’s Degree from University of Puerto Rico and a Master’s Degree from Cornell University, both in Chemical Engineering.
