Aric L. Meares

Mr. Meares has over 28 years of experience in technologies ranging from precision measurement equipment to optical based systems. He began his career in the United States Air Force and subsequently worked in engineering and management capacities in both established and start-up companies including Corning Inc., Applied Materials, Zygo Corporation, and Ionatron. He joined BioVigilant in 2007 and has held responsibilities for quality, product engineering, manufacturing, service, materials, information systems, sales, marketing, applications engineering, and works closely with customers, industry thought leaders, and regulators. He leads the US / EU business effort for BioVigilant’s innovative instantaneous microbial detection technologies as Executive Vice President of Azbil North America Inc., BioVigilant Division. Mr. Meares holds a B.S. in Information Technology and an M.B.A. with specialization in Technology Management.
