President
André Gill is the President of a Mechanical Engineering Firm in Rhode Island. André is a NCEES Model Engineer licensed in CA, DC, FL, KY, MA, RI and WA with a multitude of experience, including over 9 years in Biotech, 2 years in Oil & Gas, and 7 years in Naval Nuclear power. As an Engineer André has been responsible for the design of piping systems and HVAC systems in industry and in Biotech facilities throughout the Country. ASME Section 1 power piping, B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.5, B31.8, and B31.9 piping. Some of these systems include WFI, Clean Steam and Process Gas systems. HVAC design experience has included design of Clean Rooms, cGMP Warehouses, Churches, General Office and Breeching for CTG’s, HSG’s, and power plant equipment. During his time in this industry André served in various engineering roles within Biotech as a lead facilities engineer, global critical utilities engineer, process and project engineer. André has engineered various projects that reduced operating cost by increasing efficiencies and reducing energy consumption saving end-users money. Gas reductions of plant steam boilers, heating hot water boilers, and gas train improvements. Water reduction project through recycling cooling tower water, reusing blowdown water to preheat heating hot water, feedwater, tempered water and building hot water. André engineered a solution to deliver WFI to a remote location in a facility which lacked clean utilities to support a WFI still, by providing a skid that used chilled water to condense clean steam from an adjacent building. André has been involved in the development of a Global Engineering Rouge Monitoring and the revision and creation of piping specifications.
