Allyssa Wilcox

Allyssa Wilcox is a Procurement Manager at AstraZeneca, leading strategy development, sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance management for multiple concurrent major capital programs. Across capital and engineering functions, she forges cross functional partnerships with various stakeholders to align technical requirements with timelines and cost objectives. Allyssa drives supplier performance through proactive relationship management and advances AstraZeneca’s sustainability agenda by embedding supplier requirements and coaching partners through transparency and improvement. She holds an MS in Biotechnology and Management, a Master of Business Administration, and a Project Management certificate. In addition, she serves on the ISPE Chesapeake Bay Area Board of Directors as Student Chair, engaging early-career talent to strengthen the life sciences pipeline.
